Margaret E. Noubissie is an Attorney in private practice in Minnesota. With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Noubissie represents clients in civil cases relating to Civil and Commercial Litigation, Family Law, and Immigration Law. A native of Cameroon, Ms. Noubissie obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB – English Private Law) from the University of Yaounde II – Soa in 1993. From 1996 to 1999, she worked as Project Advisor in the Cameroon office of Sight Savers International (Royal Commonwealth Society for the Blind), a British non-profit organization combatting River Blindness (Onchocerciasis) in sub-Saharan Africa. She moved to the U.S. in 1999.
In 2010, Ms. Noubissie volunteered as a Fund Development Research Assistant at the Charities Review Council in St. Paul, MN, conducting prospect research, drafting grant proposals and annual appeals, and planning and organizing annual fundraising events.
