About the Presenter
Kiki Tatah Mentan is an accomplished Release Train Engineer and Program Manager with Delta Air Lines. She brings more than 15 years of professional experience spanning program management, agile project leadership, information technology, and engineering. Before her current role, Kiki served as a Scrum Master and IT Project Manager and held several engineering positions with Boeing.
Passionate about education and youth development, Kiki is dedicated to introducing young learners to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Through engaging and practical learning experiences, she aims to inspire curiosity, strengthen critical thinking, and cultivate problem-solving skills that support lifelong success.

Workshop Overview
The Science & Engineering Workshop is designed to inspire young scholars to explore STEM fields and discover potential career pathways in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Participants will engage in interactive, hands-on activities that demonstrate fundamental scientific and engineering concepts while developing creativity, teamwork, and analytical thinking skills.

Hands on Activities
Participants will take part in exciting demonstrations and projects using simple household materials to explore how everyday scientific and engineering principles work. Activities may include:
Designing and building a Balloon Powered Car.
Creating Slime to explore chemistry concepts.
Additional interactive STEM experiments and challenges.
